Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If we make a mistake

If there is an error on our side, we will make it right. Examples include:

  • Wrong item, size, or color sent
  • Misprint or manufacturing defect
  • Item damaged on arrival

What we offer: a replacement of the same item, a repair when applicable, or a refund to your original payment method. The remedy is at our discretion.

How to report an issue

  • Email truespecus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging
  • Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps

For approved issues caused by us, we cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost.

Not eligible for return or refund

  • Wrong size ordered or change of mind
  • Color variation due to display settings or lighting
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Normal wear and tear after use or washing

Shipping, delivery, and address issues

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable
  • If a package is lost or returned due to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, we cannot refund the order. We can reship once you pay the new shipping cost
  • If the carrier damages the item in transit, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a claim

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at truespecus@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only accommodate requests before the order enters production or ships.

Pre-orders and made-to-order

Pre-order and made-to-order items are final sale. Production timelines shown at checkout are estimates.
